I have my appointment to insert it on Tuesday and yesterday I've had unprotected sex with my husband (OB said nothing of avoiding sex). Only a few hours later I've realised that I'm near my ovulation day and I'm wondering if I should reschedule my appointment or go with it and it will work as emergency contraceptive. I will mention it to my doctor but I just wanted to know if this option is out there as EC.
