My experience : PARAGUARD IUD REMOVAL AND VASECTOMY QUESTIONS
I have had the Paraguard copper IUD for three years but I cannot handle the intense periods anymore. Hormonal birth control is worse so I am considering just relying on my husband's vasectomy. My questions are: Did your period symptoms worsen or lessen after Paraguard removal, and do you think I am protected enough by my husband's vasectomy (also occurred 3 years ago) to not get pregnant again? I get pregnant very easily and it puts me in the hospital every time due to sever hyperemesis. We don't want anymore children but I also can't take this periods anymore. Ideas? Suggestions?
