What is "Obstetrics " ?
Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.
My experience over Obstetrics "Perineum concern"
im 20f and have suffered from pelvic floor issues from childhood
in my teenaage years i developed the habit by mastrubating by clenching my thighs
it think it has worsened my pelvic issues
i have hemorrhoids for sure
maybe a minor vaginal prolapse im not sure but i can feel something buldging out which wasnt there before
and a swollen perineum
and when i wash it with soap it smells disgusting
im sure its a infection
from what i researched it could be perineal abscess , which scares me because i dont want to get a surgery.
please please tell me what u would diagnose it as and what could help me
ill be grateful
