My experience over Obstetrics "pls help"

hi everyone, i'm 18. my bf and i were messing around and he fingered me after touching himself for a while. i'm worried about the precum on his fingers. i know this topic has been dealt with several times and i've read scarleteen articles etc. it happened on 14th march and i had a very light flow of period on 28th march which lasted till 30th march(unusual of me to get such light period). then i took a pregnancy test on 9th april(morning sample) and it came negative. now my breasts feel sore and i feel certain contractions near my lower abdomen or idk man if its in my head. my stomach hurts too. was my period actually not my period and some pregnancy thingy? i'm extremely paranoid and i've got anxiety. please helppp.

what are the chances of getting pregnant?

i can't get go to a gynac,pls i need some help.
