My experience : Is it normal to bleed everyday a month after getting the IUD removed?
I had the Liletta IUD for about a year and had nothing but problems. I had multiple periods a month, I bled after sex, my cramping was worse, and I gained a ton of weight. So a month ago I got it removed. I had taken the pill for 3 years before this and after removal I switched back to the pill. However, every single day since getting my IUD removed, I’ve had brown, old blood and spotting of dark red blood every day. I’m taking the pill on time, so I don’t know what it could be. It’s become increasingly frustrating to wake up and still see blood and I don’t know what to do. It’s not a lot of blood, it maybe uses up 2 panty liners a day, but enough where I can’t go a day without using a pad. I’m just exhausted of continuously bleeding, is there anything I can do?
