My experience : Extending Placebo Days in 24/4 pack
I am currently taking beyaz 24/4 pack. I just finished my first pack and was wondering if it was safe to extend my placebo period. Instead of just 4 days I give myself 7 days before starting a new pack. Also if I did this would I have to wait 7 days again to be fully protected? I'm currently supposed to start my pack today and my period just came on. Just wondering if it would be better to give myself more time. Would love to know your advice!
