My experience : Getting off of the pill
Between the pill & nuva ring, I have been on birth control for about 10 years. I’m wanting to stop taking it for personal reasons, but I’m wanting some tips on what to expect. If you stopped taking birth control, especially if you were on it for a long period of time, what changes did you notice? My biggest concern is prior to taking bc, my period was absolutely horrible. Very irregular, heavy, and seriously so painful. My cramps were unbearable and I remember sometimes having to miss school because of it. How do I deal with this? Thank you in advance!
