My experience : Liletta IUD and spotting/cramping after self fun?

I’ve noticed that the following days after I have some one on one fun time with myself I am cramping and spotting. Other than that I don’t bleed. Has this happened to anyone else? I have a gyn appointment in a week and a half, I want to bring it up but just don’t know how.
