My experience : Linessa 28, day 17, late start, should I take plan B?
Im new on birth control pill. I have started taken Linessa 28 in the beginning of June, two weeks ago. This is a triphasic estrogen and progestin combination pill. I’m on my third week. I started linessa 28 more than one week later than the first day of my period, so my doctor recommended me to take it for at least a month before removing condoms. However, the condom broke accidentally yesterday. I contacted my nurse this morning and she recommended me to take the plan B and consult my pharmacist. However, my pharmacist told me that I don’t need to take PlanB since I have taken it for 7 days in a roll already and since it is a combination pill. I don’t know what to do. Does anyone has experience with that?
