My experience : Skyla IUD
Has anyone else had their gynecologist tell them that Skyla has been “discontinued” and is no longer an option? I had a terrible experience with Kyleena the last two years I had it (I had it the full 5 years) and they’re trying to push that one on me saying that it replaced Skyla. A quick Google search and a look at the manufacturer’s website tells me that Skyla is still available. Maybe my doctor’s office just doesn’t carry it? But why would they lie and say it’s discontinued…?
