My experience : spotting on (almost) every birth control, what do i do next

i’ve tried nexplanon, multiple types of bc pills, and the liletta (currently). each one of these has had few side effects except for spotting EVERY DAY. i’ve probably been spotting regularly off-and-on for at least four years. i’ve had multiple ultrasounds that showed no irregularities aside from a slightly tilted uterus and fluid around the ovaries (if i remember correctly) that they said is normal. they even replaced my liletta about one year in thinking the cause of bleeding was its low placement, but nothing changed. also important to note is i am one year on testosterone which should end my cycle anyway. i’m terrified to go off birth control because my pre-bc cycle was long, heavy, unpredictable, and incredibly hard on my mental health. at this point i worry every option i try will not be worth the effort to get prescribed because it will still cause spotting. just feeling really lost and alone in this and wanted to see if anyone had advice or similar stories
