My experience : Breakthrough bleeding after withdrawal bleeding?

On the 13th of June, I missed a single dose of pill but took one right away after like 20 hours. I continued taking it normally without missing. I had sex on the 14th and we did a pullout method. I still took the rest of my pills normally, same time, everyday.

So last week, I was already done with my 21-pill pack and on the 24th, I had my first day of withdrawal bleeding. My bleeding was heavier than usual so I decided to take my new set of pills on the 25th. I accidentally took 2 pills in the 26th (dumb me). I continued taking my pills daily at the same time, as usual. I was expecting that my bleeding would stop on July 1st but it's the 3rd already and I am still having spotting. The spotting is color brown and I'm also having cramps, body aches, and cravings. Can someone please confirm if this is just a hormonal fluctuation? Should I panic? Is there anything I should do? Please help!
