My experience : Does stress affect your periods while on birth control?

I am on the mini pill, still taking it as directed (no missed pills). I usually get my period every month even while on bc. It's normally a moderate to heavy period that lasts 7 days.

I'm wondering if stress could be the reason why my period this month was abnormally light? 7 days of barely spotting. I didn't even need to wear a pad at all the entire week. I keep expecting my period to get heavier but it isn't and it has me weirded out.
