My experience : Help with choosing a birth control method

Hi! I am struggling to find a birth control method that would work best for me. I want to avoid breakthrough bleeding and bleeding for several months at a time, but I feel like no matter what I am going to get that side effect. I was initially looking at getting the implant since I have trouble remembering to take a pill every single day, but I am afraid of bleeding every single day 6 months to a year.

I was looking at IUDs but I am extremely pain sensitive, and I am worried that I will pass out or have a panic attack during insertion. Also, I wasn’t sure of how much breakthrough bleeding IUDS caused.

What do you think would be the best option for me? DEPO? Patch? Let me know your thoughts.
