My experience : Kyleena vs. Paraguard?

Hi! I’m looking to get onto a lower/non-hormonal birth control due to hypertension and mental illness. My pcp is recommending Paraguard, while my OB recommends Kyleena. What’s everyone’s experiences/pros/cons with these? I had heavy periods before I was on the combo pill (which I’m on now) so I’m nervous about the Paraguard, but I would love to go off hormones completely. Thoughts! TIA!!
