My experience : Mirena cramping
3 days ago I was at a trampoline park and wasn’t holding in my pelvic floor when jumping. I had very heavy movement and actually wet myself a little (embarrassing, but I’ve had two kids) since then I have had cramping and lower back pain.
What are the chances that my mirena has moved out of place.
