My experience : Poor gut health caused by Lucette?

Hi all.

Has anyone been prescribed the combined pill Lucette [in the UK] and noticed extremely poor gut health as a result of this pill?

I have always had very normal bowel movements and gut health my whole life up until I was prescribed this pill in January of this year. Since taking the pill, I almost immediately stopped having normal bowel movements and I now get intense cramps after eating and then needing to go [the type you would have if you had a sickness bug for example] and 99% of my stools are now loose and have been since January.

I've googled this and apparently diarrhea is a common symptom of Lucette due to the high volume of estrogen in the pill.

Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this? - I am planning to speak to my GP about trying a new pill but I'm concerned that it may have ruined my gut health and may never return to how it was.
