I removed my Mirena IUD (of 3 years!) about 2 weeks ago after it became displaced and got Kyleena inserted exactly two days ago. I'm not sure if this is normal but today I noticed a clear tacky/gel-like discharge.

My provider did not mention this as an expected side effect, just spotting. I also don't remember seeing this with Mirena.

Is this type of discharge normal on Kyleena?
