My experience : Changed intake time of combined pill during cycle
Hi, so I might have acted dumb (not sure). After 14 days of correct intake, I was considering stopping to take the pill for the month. But then I got nervous and decided to finish the pack. So instead of taking it at night as usually (around 10-11 pm), I took the 15th pill the next morning (around 8) and continued taking it before noon (around 10-12) for the rest of the week (I’m at pill 18 now). The reason being that I started feeling dizzy and nauseous when taking it at night so that I just couldn‘t take it anymore. I noticed that it seems to be working better during the day.
My question is: would you take the 7 day break after 21 pills as usual or would you consider doing an extra week of intake because of the change in time? I rationally think I should be fine since there was no time gap above 12 hours between two pills but I still want to be safe. At the same time I don‘t want to take more pills than necessary. Second question, do you think as of now there is any pregnancy risk? I had sex at day 15 and 16 and possibly during the first week of the pack.
