My experience : Has anyone here ever experienced really uncomfortable ovulation cramps?
Hi! I came off birth control around 2 months ago. About a month ago when I ovulated for the first time off BC, I had a weird ‘cramp’ like feeling in my lower right side. I couldn’t walk very well. Period was fine 2 weeks after.
It’s my second ovulation week. I’m getting a similar pain in my lower left side now. It kind of hurts when I pee, and it aches when I sit. Has anyone else experienced this?
