My experience : Increased discharge flow after plan b?

For context: I had protected sex back on the 30th of July, the condom broke but he didn’t finish and we stopped right away. I took a plan b immediately the next day and have been on vacation since the first of august. I know my chances of getting pregnant off precum are low and this is the second time I’ve taken the plan b pill as my birth control appointment isn’t until after this vacation, but I’m experiencing an increase in my discharge flow. It’s watery and constantly makes me feel like I’ve gotten my period when in reality I haven’t. My period is due to come the week of the 13th or so, and last time on the pill it came early. My discharge seems to also be clear as I wore a liner yesterday and no colour showed on the liner. The flow is unusual and all research I’ve done is pointing to me being pregnant? Any thoughts?
