My experience : Looking for change
Hi everyone. I’ve been on the pill for years and years, and would like to attempt to go off it sometime in the next year. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll keep taking it. I’ve been hearing lots of good things from people who have gone off it. I’m starting to think it is the reason I am depressed. I am desperately searching for non hormonal birth control methods other than condoms. The diaphragm sounded good to me- has anyone used that and liked it? I liked the idea of the ring, too, but alas…Hormones.
