My experience : Pink discharge after orgasm with Mirena??

I haven’t had periods in about a year now due to a different (unrelated) medication that I’m on, and I got the Mirena IUD around three months ago. The thing is, the last couple of times I masturbated (with no penetration) I had cramps for a while and found pinkish discharge afterwards. No spotting or blood, part of the reason why I’m worried though is that I checked the strings a few days ago and my cervix felt very soft, and the strings felt longer. I don’t think there was anything poking out but there was definitely more than I’d felt before. I’m just freaking out because I’m going to see my boyfriend in a few days and I don’t want any bad moments spoiling it. If you’ve had any similar experiences please calm me down!! 🙏
