My experience : Starting pill after IUD removal and plan B: advice?

Hi! A week ago to the day I went for an ultrasound because I had just finished up a 26 day period despite being on kyleena. Dr said it was too close to my cervix and removed it. I had sex on Monday (3 days prior to ultrasound) so she gave me plan B to take just in case at that Thursday appt. I had very light spotting starting Sunday and heavy enough spotting to use a tampon yesterday but when I removed it 4 hours later it was barely 1/4 full. I am supposed to start a pill pack of slynd after the period but I honestly can’t tell if what I’m having counts as a period. I’m trying slynd to regulate my periods, not for sex. Can I just start the pill pack or should I wait another 2 weeks to see if I get a real/heavier period? Thanks!
