My experience : Back on BC (Loryna)
So I’m going back on the pill after about a 6 month break. I was in Loryna for a long time before and always had what seemed to be hormonal cystic acne. There were clear periods for sure. During this time I was also taking spironolactone and doxycycline on occasion. Honestly can’t say which helped because my acne always seems to reappear or flare up then go away. Now that I have a pretty consistent partner I want to be on BC so I’m willing to try again. I’m taking my first pill tonight so we’ll see what happens. I’m currently not on any medication and have a pretty bad cystic acne flare up so we shall see. Please let me know if you’ve had an experience w this medication!
