My experience : could plan b mess my body up

for reference, i took plan b august 11, on august 18 i bled (my period?) until august 22. i haven’t had any sex since then but i also haven’t gotten my period yet. my stomach has been hurting recently but i took a test last sunday (september 18) and it was negative, so i don’t know if i could be pregnant or if the plan b messed up my system? how accurate would the test be if it was negative, should i take another one?
