What are the things you would like to know before you put a DIU?

I'm considering Kyleena and I would appreciate any knowledge you can throw my way.

Want to know how it felt to insert it, live with it, sex with it, if anyone got pregnant, etc.

I read it's better to put it while on my period so I'm gonna make sure to schedule it accordingly. Any other tips?
