My experience : Got my period out of blue
I started the pill about a year ago and ever since then not a single period. Until like 3 days ago. I had THE MOST INTENSE cramps I have ever felt in my life and its been going on the past couple mornings now. I haven’t been the best person at taking my birth control (not exactly the same time every day) but I have done that before and nothing has happened. Idk whats going on help
