My experience : Mirena dizziness?

I saw some similar posts but nothing directly like I’m experiencing.

I (26) just had a baby 4 months ago and got the Mirena placed 5 weeks ago. I had postpartum preeclampsia and it was still above average blood pressure with medication as of my IUD placement. Since then I’ve been checking it and it has been normal levels. (110s/70s usually) But I’m experiencing a lot of dizziness as of the last couple weeks, and some headaches at night.

I expected the headaches as I was on the pill for a year and nuvaring for 8 years and that was my biggest complaint with hormones. But I have horrific periods and so it seemed the best option. I haven’t gotten a period at all, just some spotting as I have for the last few months since birth.

Does the dizziness go away eventually? I have an appointment in a week to check the placement, and I will likely bring it up to my doctor as well.
