I’ve had nexplanon for 6 years now. I recently got a new one. I feel like each year I’ve gained weight and my cravings are out of control. Any advice on how to lose weight and control cravings while on nexplanon birth control? I’d rather not switch to a new one as I’ve been on it for so long.
