My experience : skipped 2 months of placebos now missing period???
Okay, very much freaking out right now! I started birth control about 9 months ago, but i only started taking it consistently about 3 months ago. Here's the issue. The first pack I took consistently I had a swimming birthday so I skipped my white pills, and then the same the next month when I was on a trip. This month I've been taking my white pills but no period, ive been taking the white ones since fucking Wednesday and I'm starting to freak out. I'm having all of the symptoms of a period but no bleeding. I know I shouldn't have skipped the placebos but I didn't think about it! Now I'm freaking out because what if I fucked up my fertility? Maybe my body just needs to get used to it? The issue comes in with the fact that I'm sexually active, a few months ago me and my boyfriend did the do without a condom and now I'm freaking out because what if I'm pregnant and that's why my period is missing! But at the same time I've heard the period on birth control is only withdrawal bleeding anyway so would pregnancy affect that?? Any advice or ideas??
