My experience : Traveling with birth control pills
I am going to spend an exchange year in Germany, and want to know if I would get in trouble if I got a years worth of birth control pills (Yasmin) with me, with a letter from my doctor to travel with it. I have read multiple horror stories and difficulties with customs, and many people said that I should not travel except with 3 months supply of BC, yet other people said they travel with pills all the time and that no one would care, and most probably no issues would arise. Others have said I could get fines up to 500 euros or even get sentenced or deported. I am just pretty confused, should I travel with a years worth or get 3 months worth only and then get an appointment in Germany?
