My experience : different types of progestin

I've been taking Cerelle (desogesterol) for around 5 years and initially it worked well. The past few years I have had a decline in my mental health and I am experiencing more acne/greasy hair as well as a decreased libido and more frequent breakthrough bleeds. Has anyone gone through anything similar?

I'm unsure what could have caused the change in my side effects of the pill so was wondering whether a different progestin based pill would be more favourable. However I'm on a lesser androgenic form so I'm doubtful switching to a more androgenic form would be beneficial.
