My experience : Fuller face during active pills

I noticed my face looks fuller when I’m on the active pills especially leading up to my period and then it decreases when I’m on my period (I’ve been logging it for the past couple of months through selfies/diet is unchanged). Does anyone have any tips on how to address it (i.e., natural remedies)?
