My experience : Had to take an extra pill today, now I'm one pill short for the month?

Hi all,

I got very sick this morning due to some bad food I ate. I spent most of the morning throwing up and when I thought I was done, it was time to take my pill. 15 minutes after, I threw up again. I was told to take an extra pill since my body did not absorb the one I took before vomitting. My question is, what do I do now? I'll be one pill short at the end of the month when I reach Placebos. For context, I'm on week 1 of my pack. Since I had to take an extra pill, this means tomorrow (Saturday), I will be taking Sunday pill. I will continue to be ahead by a day on my pack until I reach Week 4 of placebos. What do you guys do when this happens? Do you just start placebos a day earlier? Any advice or insight is appreciated. I tried to contact my doctor but can't get in today so can't do that.
