My experience : Has anyone experienced hormonal changes from Paragard IUD?
It is the copper one that is hormone free, but after having it placed, my blood sugar started becoming erratic, periods were horrendous, and my libido was like a rollercoaster. Had it removed 2 weeks ago and my blood sugars are so steady, breasts are way firmer (husband is the one who noticed, so definitely not in my head), and my libido is super high. Weird that a copper IUD would cause those changes
