My experience : Might have taken an old pill

I have a lot of anxiety over this and I just want to make sure Im going to be okay. This morning I dropped a pill near my bed on accident and just picked it up and took it. I went near my bed again with my phone flashlight on and noticed another pill. I immediately knew it must have been the pill I dropped a few months ago but couldn’t find in time so took a pill from a different pack.

These two pills were kind of close to each other.(less than a foot) I’m worried that MAYBE I accidentally took the old pill. I dropped this at least 2-3 months ago. If I did take the old pill, would I be okay? I had thoughts about taking both but I’m not sure if that’s safe.
