My experience : Norethindrone questions?

Hey all! Not sure what I’m even asking here, whether it’s advice or experiences. I (22F) was on the combo pill for nearly a decade, I did try Mirena for nearly two years but a year in had to also take the pill again because I was getting awful cysts, eventually had the IUD taken out and continued the pill. Also, I have presumed endometriosis (every woman on my mothers side has it, I started my periods quite young and they’ve always been super painful) so I use birth control for pain management mostly.

This January I switched to the mini pill and mentally I have never felt better! It was beyond annoying for the first six months though as I was getting my period for 8 days, twice a month. Finally around June it evened out and had a pretty regular cycle. This month, I got my period from the 5th-10th which is average for me now. Unfortunately, two days after I started cramping awfully. On the 15th I started spotting, which I gave no mind until a few days later kept continuing and got heavier. Nine days later and I’m still bleeding. Anytime I bleed it’s usually dark brown but this time, for a couple days it looked it looked almost like dark brown coffee grounds or almost fish flakes in the toilet if that makes sense?? And I could’ve sworn it smelt a bit ammonia-y at times. I’ve had infections/BV before and I’m not having any symptoms other than that though.

I’m just so exhausted and wondering if I should be worried. I did reach out and email my OBGYN on Wednesday but haven’t heard back quite yet. Also don’t know if it’s worth mentioning that I’ve also been diagnosed with LSIL/CIN1 from a high risk HPV strain that has been present at my last (and only) two paps, from some reason hasn’t cleared but also hasn’t progressed. So that does stress me out with this sort of stuff occasionally but I know the risk is so low. Any advice, similar experiences, or anything at all would be appreciated :( I hated how I felt mentally on the combo pill and I just feel like l’m running out of options at this point.
