My experience : Plan B side effects

Hi,

Period ended on the 27th, had unprotected sex and he came in me on the 29th (4 days before my ovulation and first day of fertile window), took plan B 10 hours later. I started taking ovulation tests on Oct 2nd when my predicted ovulation was Oct 3rd and it’s been negative since I started testing. I think my ovulation is delayed… at least I hope so and that it didn’t happen the day I took my plan B.

Anyway, I’m not feeling many symptoms or spotting besides extreme anxiety (I don’t want to get pregnant and will be in a religious country when I am expected to get my period/would know if I’m pregnant, so can’t even get an abortion) and I’m having cramps.. sort of like a sore abdomen after an ab workout??? Little nauseous but not enough to make me throw up. Is that normal? It’s been 7 days since I took the pill. I’m still testing negative on my ovulation tests. Is this normal to feel that way? Has anyone felt similar?

The anxiety about this is the worst of it all. I hope someone having a similar experience can give me peace. Thank you.
