Hi! TA account.

I recently got a Paragard IUD on Thursday (it is now Monday). It is my first IUD and I'm not having any problems yet besides a little cramping. Last night, I accidentally left a super tampon in for 18 to 20 hours (6pm to around noon the next day) as I fell asleep. Am I in serious trouble? I'm kind of panicking. Please don't tell me I wasn't supposed to do that as I know and it was an accident and I'm already beating myself up about it.
