My experience : Side effects or just pregnancy?

I started using period tracker this August, so there is a high chance that my cycle isn't accurate. My last period started 5th September and ended on 11th, according to the app my ovulation day would've been on 19th September. Had my every first time on 25th September and took emergency contraceptive pill on 26th(ellaone), we've been doing it daily and I took almost everyday a emergency contraceptive pill but the other ones were all levonelle. Now im unsure if it even worked since I took the pills after ovulation, my period was supposed to start on 3rd October, but instead I just spotted after having unprotected sex, didn't take any pills afterwards because we thought I just got my period. That was also the only time I spot after having sex. My period is currently 4 days late according to the app, I took pregnancy tests and they all were negative and im not sure if its too early to be accurate. With everyday my period got delayed my ovulation day changed on the app and currently it shows my ovulation would've been on 23rd September. Sorry for this messy text, I've been feeling very dizzy for the past few days and nauseous, I have quite a lot of pregnancy symptoms but im not sure if they are just the side effect of the pill
