My experience : Skyla, kyleena, or copper iud?

So basically I had a copper IUD from 2019 until this summer (2022), and had no issues (aside from painful periods) until I had an ectopic pregnancy, which led to its removal. I loved my iud, I had a high sex drive and no extreme hormonal mood swings, and no weight changes/ still was able to see improvement in the gym. After the removal I started taking the pill, and after 3 months I couldn’t take it anymore due to the gut issues and extreme low-moods it was causing, I just felt miserable most days and it led to more arguments with my partner. Ever since coming off the pill I feel more clear headed, have more energy, I’m happier, and my skin is more clear than it was on the pill. I’m nowhere near ready for kids, (22f) and debating on getting either another copper iud , or a hormonal one due to their higher effectiveness in preventing pregnancy. I also like the idea of having less period cramps and lighter bleeding, but I don’t want to develop severe acne or feel the low moods I experienced on the pill. If anyone has had good experiences on any of the hormonal iuds, please let me know about your side effects/ how it’s impacted your mental health/ sex drive?! Thank you!
