My experience : Slynd SOS
I have been taking slynd for 8 days now, yes I know it isn't long - which is why I need help.
The first few days were fine. Day 4 started to realize increased thirst and stuff, ok whatever. By day 7 I was having panic attacks, my coffee that I drink EVERYDAY was making me feel dizzy, and I started having these like spasm pains in my kidney area.
Day 8 i took it and didnt drink the coffee and I still felt the same. I also had like no appetite and started having a bad headache and this like weird feeling in my legs and hands.
I have read that a lot of this is symptoms of high potassium in your blood, which can be a side effect or slynd, but a lot of the symptoms are also that of a panic attack (chest pain, shortness of breath, etc).
Has anyone else experienced this? I have read so many positive things about slynd and I thought it would be my life saver, but I'm about to stop taking it because I cant handle the anxiety of not knowing if it is just my anxiety or symptoms of something serious.
Anybody had this issue? Please help!
