My experience : Thinking of an IUD
Hi! I’ve recently been working through lots and lots of things like my mental health and emotional maturity and living a healthier lifestyle. I’ve had the Nexplanon implant in my arm since the beginning of my junior year of high school and am now in my junior year of college. With it, I’ve had no periods or cramping or any extremely noticeable symptoms. However, I am interested in maybe switching to an IUD. I am worried about a few things though. 1 - I am worried that with my current mental health state, what if my body suddenly regulating its own hormones makes me freak out? Idk how to word this better 2 - I am worried that it will hurt like a bitch
