My experience : Aviane vs Tri-Lo-Marzia?

20 years old here. I was on Tri-Lo-Marzia from April 2020 to October 2021 with no issues, but went off of it when my severe anxiety got even worse (I was not worried about pregnancy and didn’t think I needed it). I’ve had my period since I was 20 and my cycles haven’t always been super regular— I’d miss a month sometimes but that was normal for me.

Then, when I went off of the pill last year, my periods became irregular before disappearing completely. From October 10th to the 24th (I know right) I had my first period since March. MARCH!

I went to the doctor’s today and they’ll do blood work and an ultrasound to check for possible PCOS, and she also prescribed me Aviane. Now, I’m pretty terrified after looking it up and seeing some pretty rough stories.

I have very very very severe, debilitating anxiety and panic attacks, depression, OCD, DPDR, PTSD, and ADHD. I am absolutely terrified of starting Aviane because 1) I’m a hypochondriac and am scared of having a reaction and 2) I’m scared of it making my mental health worse because I really can’t afford that right now.

Any stories? Advice? Reassurance?
