i will document my journey of coming off the pill here (mostly for myself). - started the pill for approximately 7 years - took it because i had really bad cramps, nausea, back ache, vomiting, fatigue, very heavy periods - side effects: very bad mental health, mood swings, weight gain
today would be the second day after the pill break and the second day of a new blister. im excited but also scared :( also im annoyed im gonna have to find another contraception method
