My gf and I (19M and 18F) had sex for the first time and since it was a spur of the moment we did it unprotected (i know we are incredibly stupid) i went inside her but i didnt cum or had any feeling of cumming but there was pre cum leaking out, and after we did some foreplay and washed thoroughly. Its been exactly 12 days since we did it and she had some bleeding/spotting which was unusual since she had absent period for over 6 months now(she may have undiagnosed PCOS since all her symptoms match). Now these are the questions that has me triggering my anxieties.

Could she be pregnant with my precum even thou i probably have only leaked a few drops and it didnt take long inside?
I also gave her head which may have thrown off her uterus since she never had any intense orgasms before as it is our first time. Is the spotting a result of implantation or is it the effects from our foreplay activity or any other outside causes?
