My experience : is my birth control making my back hurt?
I've been on a new pill called Estryalla for about 3 months now and switched cause my last pill caused me to bleed for weeks at a time during my active pills, and ever since starting Estryalla I've had pretty bad lower back pain. When I first started I had the normal new pills symptoms (boobs hurt, nausea, mild headaches) but one thing that had been getting worse rather than better is my lower back pain. It hurts most when I stretch so I think its muscular rather than skeletal. I know I'm not pregnant since I just took a negative test this morning, I've never missed a pill, and the most daring thing I've done while taking this pill is take it 3 hours later than normal one day. I just really want to know if this is a normal symptom that other women, especially those also on Estryalla, have had or currently are experiencing. It also might he relevant to know that I also have a drinking problem which I know can lead to muscle soreness, but the only soreness I'm experiencing is in my back!
