My experience : Left boob pain

Hi, 19 year old F here. I have been having sharp left boob pain for what feels like a year. It’s like a radiating sharp pain that lasts for 30 seconds every so often. If I press down on that breast there is one area that feels really really sore. I do not have this on my other breast, nor have I had sharp pains in that breast. I’m superrrr freaked out. Mostly because I’m on a combination birth control pill, but the pain often gives me anxiety so bad to the point I can’t function. My left boob and nipple has always been slightly bigger than my right. but I have never had this pain in my right boob except maybe around PMS time. I have been on a combination birth control for about 10 months. I seem to get the pain at a certain time of the month each month, but I’m not sure. I’m currently away at college and went to my student health center yesterday. The nurse gave me a urine and blood pregnancy test and did a breast exam, she said she felt no lumps. What do I do! :( I won’t be home again for about another month so I can’t see my primary care doctor. The pain is stinging and with every time I feel around my boob the pain gets worse, help!
