My experience : Should I Be Worried About Pregnancy?

Hey, guys! So, I’m on the Norethindrone Acetate and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets USP, 1 mg/0.02 mg combination pill with 21 days of taking active pills and a 7 day break. I finished my pack on 10/31 and I started a new pack on 11/7. I didn’t experience withdrawal bleeding whatsoever during my off-week.

The last time my boyfriend and I had sex was 10/30, and we ALWAYS use condoms combined with pull-out before he finishes, on top of my BC pill which I take religiously at the same time everyday. So, basically triple protection. I know it’s probably a little excessive, but it’s just for my own peace of mind.

I’ve experienced some of my usual symptoms that I get before I start bleeding (Cramps and tender breast) but they’ve been a LOT milder this time. My main worry is why I haven’t experienced withdrawal bleeding whatsoever while on my off-week, AND almost 3 days into the active pills? Should I be worried about pregnancy despite using 3 different forms of protection?
